MPOWER is an initiative of APlus Corporate Protection Services Pvt. Ltd., (ACPS) that offers counselling services supported by a scientific tool called Dermatoglyphics Multiphasic Analysis (DMA) for individuals of all ages and Life skills sessions for educational institutions, NGOs and corporate.

MPOWER is driven with the belief that every individual is unique and gifted, but due to various reasons we seldom identify those innate potential early in life.

Though, every individual has the innate ability to manage life's challenges on their own, but at times recognizing this ability becomes a challenge when faced with stressful situations, thats when one feels the need to approach for counselling services, to discuss and resolve their issues in a confidential friendly environment.

Dermatoglyphics Multiphasic Analysis

DMA is a scientific study of the pattern on fingers. These patterns are uniquely intertwined with an individual’s genetic composition and central nervous system.

Counselling

Counselling is the service sought by individuals in distress or in some degree of confusion, who approach for professional help to discuss and resolve their issues, in a relationship which is more systematic and confidential than friendship. The counselling services are offered in sessions, the number of sessions are decided mutually by the individual and the counsellor in the beginning, on a case to case basis

Chandrika Anil is a certified Counselor and life skills coach with over 30 years of work experience. She is the Co-founder and Director at APlus Corporate Protection Services Pvt. ltd.

She conceptualized this initiative called “MPOWER” at ACPS through which she offers counseling services, Life Skills programs and Parental guidance for effective and enjoyable parenting.

She is also a Master trainer at Master Minds International for their "Train the Brain" Programs and Trainer of Lions Quest, Quest is a life skills and prevention program of Lions Clubs International Foundation for adolescents, implemented in more than 50 countries around the world.

She started her career at STPI (a Govt. Org.) in 1992 and has experience in the field of HR management and customer management. She has been part of Business and Govt. delegations to US & UK

She has obtained certificates for General Management Program from IIM-B and certificates from University of Toronto for “Psychology”, “Understanding the Brain” from University of Chicago and “Clinical Psychology for Children and young adults" from University of Edinburgh.
